Oh, wow! I have a treasure-trove of junk for you guys today! 😀
This is “Colin”. Those of you who’ve seen my work from before I even started Vision Riders will probably recognize him. He has a story and everything, but I’ve never had the time or skill to give it form the way I want.
Sometimes I doodle, and as I doodle something takes form as I kind of just go with the flow. That’s where this kid came from. He looks like a know-it-all. 😛
This guy has “villian” written all over him.
…Surprise?
A brother and sister arguing. I enjoy drawing siblings for some reason… I don’t know what they’re fighting about, but they look pretty upset. :/

An alternate version of “Tess”, the girl we glimpse
Even my sketchbook has turned on me! I–I’m working on it! I really am! :'(
Here’s that boy from last week’s Sketchbook Monday.
And here he is in pajamas, apparently.
No work of science fiction is complete without some sort of giant mushroom-tree growing out of a barren rock face on an alien planet.
This is another character from the work-in-progress mentioned last week.
Concept art for an upcoming project that I’ve been working hard on lately. If all goes well, you’ll hear more about it next month! :3
This is the kid in the above picture. I’m not perfectly satisfied with his hair style yet…sketch
A friendly cyborg that I had a sudden itch to draw. Nothing special, but I kinda like him. Think I might use him in something.
Nothing amazing. This was a design for a science-fiction-style outpost on a remote planet. It was an okay idea, but the architecture leaves much to be desired. (And yes, the buildings are leaning. It is, afterall, just a sketch.)
Is that… Could it be? Yes, it is indeed Hayden from Swordmaster Odyssey as a young boy. Now I have to work this version of him into the story in some sort of flashback!
This is a slightly more realistic version of the character from last week. I’ve been playing around with a few character designs lately. You’ll probably see some more of other characters next week. 🙂
“That’s it? It’s just a little thumbnail–hardly even a sketch!” Sorry, but if I showed you what else I sketched this week, I’d spoil the upcoming chapter of Swordmaster Odyssey for you. 😉 So instead, you get this little guy.
