The Information We Collect

In the general process of viewing any of our sites, we do not collect any personally identifiable information. Our servers do automatically collect non-personally identifiable information about your visit, including what pages you viewed, how often you browse our sites, and what country and region your IP address is registered under, as well as other assorted data that allows us to study how visitors interact with our sites and how to improve our services.

However, for some activities, such as online polls, surveys, message forums, and other services, we may ask you to voluntarily provide general information about yourself. This information might include your first and/or last name, gender, email address, a favorite character, et cetera. For other activities, such as sending a message or referring a friend, we may request personal information for another individual. This is generally limited to a first and/or last name and email address.

Visitors to our store may be required to provide their full name, billing and mailing addresses, email address, telephone number, and credit card number in order to complete and ship a purchase.

How We Use This Information

We use our visitors' personally identifiable information in order to fulfill the task that it was provided for, such as entering a contest, subscribing to a newsletter, or completing an order from our online store. We do share your personally identifiable information with any third parties except in the normal conduct of business. For example, we have to give your address to a courier in order to deliver a purchase.

Certain non-personal statistical information may be publically released for informational purposes, but cannot be traced back to you. We never sell personally-identifiable information for any reason.

This allows our sites to "remember" and access certain information so that it can be retrieved and consulted later, such as remembering your username between sessions. Most browsers and other internet applications allow you to disable cookies if you so choose. Just keep in mind that this may negatively affect your ability to use features that depend on cookies to operate.

Our servers are equipped to record visitors' Internet Protocol address (generally referred to as an IP address) for security reasons. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer or your network by your internet service provider. We do not share visitor IP addresses except for administrative purposes.
