Vision Riders Entertainment, Inc. is commited to providing the best possible service to our customers. This page explains our online store policies. Please note that the use of our store is subject to our Terms of Service.
We are dedicated to providing a safe and secure shopping experience for our customers. Please consult our privacy policy for details on how we respect your personal information.
After you've placed your order, it should be ready for shipping within one to three business days. If we expect to not be shipping any orders for awhile, there will be a notice on the main page of the store. (You may still place your order as normal in this case, but keep in mind that it will take longer before we are able to ship it.)
After placing your order, you will recieve an automatic email confirmation, usually within a few minutes. You will recieve another email when your order has been shipped.
We encourage and recommend that you make your purchases online. However, you also have the option of ordering through the mail if you wish to pay by check. Our mailing address can be found here. Clearly list the items that you want to purchase, along with the address to ship your purchase to. You must include the payment in full with your order. Your order will be shipped after your check clears, so expect mail order shiping to take longer than with our online store. Digital downloads are only available by ordering online. Texas residents: remember to add 8.25% sales tax to your order.
All customers making purchases in (or having them delivered to) the state of Texas will have sales tax charged to their orders in accordance with state and federal law. You can review sales tax charges at checkout.
If you are dissatisfied with a product you purchase through our online store, or your shipment is damaged, you may return it for a refund or exchange it. Simply repack the items in their original packaging (if possible) and contact us for further instructions. (Please do not ship the item before contacting us!) Remember to include the packing slip, or a copy of it! We cannot refund or exchange any item without a packing slip! The returns/exchange process must be started within 30 days of the product's original shipping date. All digital download sales are final.
After you purchase a digital download product from the Vision Riders Store, you will be given the chance to download it on the "Thank You" page. Your download will also be availible for 10 days from the "My Downloads" page of the store. If you are having trouble downloading the product, please contact us within those 10 days. All digital download sales are final. All of our digital downloads are DRM (Digital Rights Management) free. You are free to copy the files for your own personal use.
We reserve the right to update our policies. You can always tell the last date that this privacy policy was modified by checking the date at the top of the document.
