This is the animatic for My Brother. As you can see, there's still a lot of work left to do because there's no animation yet! But the important thing is that the story is all there and everyone can see what happens when and how. Some things will likely change from the animatic stage. Shots may be cut or added, lengthened or shortened, and so on. The entire film is always in the process of being refined, all the way up until it's finished!
An "animatic" is a mock-up video that uses simplified images (usually from the storyboards) to give an idea of the timing, flow, and staging of the final product. It's a vital stage in the animation process and gives an early idea of what's working and what's not.
